Meet Jeanette
Hello and welcome to my corner of the culinary world! I’m Jeanette, a Ridgewood, New Jersey based producer, cook, food media specialist, recipe developer, content creator and mom.
My experience with cooking and working in food media has been extensive and exciting. I spent 17 years coming up with show ideas, producing incredible food talent and working alongside the literal best in the biz at the Rachael Ray Show. I kept Rach's buns toasty (IYKYK), I was always encouraged to demo my creative ideas alongside our incredible host and we had a LOT of fun making engaging content for the show's social channels. My time with Rachael and the crew grew my passion for all things food and storytelling exponentially.

My days of juggling bottles of EVOO haven't stopped but they have changed a bit. As a busy mom of 2 spicy chicken nuggets, I've transitioned to work where I have been focused on content creation and story telling, digital video production, hosting and writing. I run a local catering business, Salami & Sharks Catering, where I've been meal prepping for local families and slinging salami, as per usual.
